# Delegator

## **1. Introduction**

Welcome to the **Invest Network Delegator Application** — your portal to securely participate in the Invest Network blockchain network by delegating INVST tokens and supporting validator selection.

This application provides a **simple and intuitive interface** for users to **onboard as delegators, delegate INVST tokens**, and **manage their stakes** to chosen validators. Whether you are new to blockchain or an experienced user, this guide will help you get started confidently.

### **1.1 Who Are Delegators?**

In the **Delegated Proof-of-Stake (DPoS)** system of the Invest Network blockchain, delegators are essential to keeping the network decentralized, secure, and well-functioning.

As a delegator, you:

* **Delegate your INVST tokens** to trusted validators.
* **Help select reliable validators** who maintain the network.
* **Earn staking rewards**, which are a portion of the validator’s earnings.
* **Contribute passively** to the network's long-term security and stability.

***Note:***Delegators do not run validator nodes. Instead, they support the process by backing validators with their tokens.

### **1.2 Why Use the Delegator Application?**

The Invest Network Delegator Application is built to simplify the delegation process while giving you full control over your staking activities.

With the application, you can:

* **Stake INVST tokens** to your preferred validators.
* **View validator profiles**, including rankings, performance, and reward rates.
* **Delegate, redelegate, or unbond stakes** at your convenience.
* **Monitor rewards** and track your staking activity in real-time.

Whether you’re just getting started or actively managing multiple delegations, the app provides all the tools you need, without the technical hassle.

***Important**:* If your wallet doesn’t have enough INVST to cover both your stake and the gas fees, the transaction will not be processed.
